Thank you Uma… Lovely song, I will try getting a cd of the film when I go home
ps: … Nadiya Moudhu, it seems is coming back in reel life
And same story, but the changes in cultural context … it’s the same sequence between the grandma and grand daughter, but shown so differently, that one may feel they are two different stories
Yeah, probably the dressing is different to suit the diff styles in the two states…thats the only diff I can see…I remember seeing the malayalam version too…
One of the best movies ever…
Yeah, Nadiya is making a comeback on reel life…she has acted in so many movies now, recent times…and also is anchoring a show in Jaya TV !!!

Love this song, PnA! Lovely lovely song!
I echo echo echo
oh how i love his voice
We can only love his voice
God’s gift
I love this song. For that matter, I love all Yesudas songs.
No wonder he was a heartthrob, back then ….
I don’t think anybody has such a fan following these days like he enjoyed
A voice to die for, to fight for …
Talks too much and sings less these days but his classical renderings are still the best even today
its my alarm song. All day awake with this song

Me again. This picture was also excellent. The same picture was remade in Tamil, Poove Poochudava. Padmini and Nadhiya acted in the Tamil version also, but Jai Shankar replaced Mohanlal.
Like song, like film
I love it that I can watch it upteen times, SG
Infact, the 80s is the golden era of Malayalam cinema – Fazil, Priyadarshan coming out with their best and some of them were a laugh riot… and the songs… the more one listens, the fonder they grow….
If I’m not wrong many of Fazil’s hit Malayalam movies are remade in Tamil.
Poove Poochudava.. mm.. I’ll try to watch it when I go home next
